Dismal service by Translux

The bus from East London to Durban is late by an 1h:30min and counting. Translux doesn't answer calls after a certain time so it's not possible to receive feedback, after a certain time of the day, on the status of the bus so one never knows if it's even going to come. Worst service ever.
