Disgusting service

I’m in park station right now by city to city , consultant is refusing to print out a ticket and walked away while begging him to print out ticket , he became very agressive and walked away while leaving me with no ticket, is this how you do business or treat client’s. I have pictures of him walking away while standing needing assistance
