Disgusting service and urine odour in the bus

I am sitting in a Translux Bus as I am writing this review. Traveling from East London to Durban with my two children. It smells like urine all over the bus. My daughter wanted to use the toilet but couldn't (she said to me straight she would rather hold than use the toilet) the urine in the toilet is about to come out of the toilet and it's wet all over the floor. I u dsrstand the lateness in busses but this is ridiculous. We are supposed to get to Durban at 21:10 but seemingly we will be about 2 hours late. I am so disappointed in the company I should have booked a more lower standard bus if I'd known that this is the service I will be getting.
