Disgusting service and Material

What a Aweful Experience!!! Bus was about 3 hours late with no apology or symphathy from the company nor the drivers...I Booked and paid for a translux coach to my suprise I was getting into a City to City. If I didn't go and ask the driver where my coach is...I would not have known that it had a break Down in the middle of nowhere and that I had to ride on the city to city coach...nobody bothered to tell us.no phone call no sms and the drivers just stood there no giving a damn...My route was King Williams Town to Cape Town Dep 03h10 arrival 17h45. The bus arrives at Bellville Station at 21h00 which means I had to find alternative and expensive form of transport to take me home...The bus driver rudely dumps me at the station along with other people's luggage who were supposedly going to collect their luggage from the bus driver...What bothers me the is that this kinda service is not new to this company. Its the fact that it is becoming worse and nothing is being done about it. Oh and yes the bus was filthy, the cleaner in Port Elizabeth came and litteraly took 5 papers and left the bus still dirty.
