disgusting service!

<p>I was buying a ticket for city to city bus going to the eastern cape. I give Lucy the lady who was helping me 400. My ticket was 310. She says to me I don't have change. Step aside and wait there. I moved to the side thinking she is going to go look for change. The lady made me wait 30 minutes for my change. I listened to how she is speaking to other customers who wanted to change their dates of travel. No care in the world. I told her I now needed to go home because my bus was leaving that same day at 5:30pm. She said to me just came back later. I come back @ around four she is no where to be found. There was a gentle man when I came back again. Who helped me track Lucy. They all don't have name badges. I did try to complain over the phone no one was answering their phone.</p>
