Disgusting roach infested bus

I'm writing this review while travelling in this roach infested bus...what an absolutely terrible experience. Roaches everywhere...we cannot sleep due to the fear of 1 crawling on us. A mere pathetic apology can never make up for 13hours of filth. A little boy is terrified of going to sleep dispite his mother paying full price for his seat. I expect a full refund as i will never use your service again.
