Disgusting is honestly sugarcoating it

I booked a return ticket for a City to City bus departing on 13 July 2023 and returning on 14 July 2023, with reference numbers: B6RN05XQ and L6PCLW2M. The bus was supposed to leave at 17:50. I waited for over 4 hours and the tried calling the customer service numbers (0861) 589-282 and *** numerous times during my 4-hour wait, to no avail. The bus never came. I asked the staff at the Engen garage the following day if the bus ever came and they confirmed it didn’t. When I went to get a refund they stated that I could only get a refund if I cancel 48 hours before departure time. I explained that I wanted a refund because the bus never came and they said they said there was nothing they could do in that case then. City to City is literally selling bus tickets knowing full well the buses won’t pitch. Then they refuse to give you a refund when the bus doesn’t pitch. This is classic racketeering. Exactly how is this company still allowed to operate when it’s so blatantly ************??? I’m in utter disbelief. Unfortunately there’s no option for zero stars.
