Disgusting coach with plenty of ****roaches ever in South Africa

On the 06.03.18 I booked a return ticket from cape town to welkom, firstly the bus was an hour late secondly by s attendents checked the ticket sitting in the bus thirdly we waited another fifteen minutes before it took off fourthly is full of ****roaches a person can't even sit properly as you scared of those ****roaches never mind the bad smell. It's been two years since I travel with this coach and it used to be a LUXURIOUS CAOCH ever but I really don't know what went wrong, I would personally WON'T advice ANYONE to make USE if this DISGUSTING CAOCH/BUSES. I really don't care about the services but HYGIENE to CUSTOMERS should came FIRST. I'm really disgusted. There are cheaper coaches/buses than TRANSLUX and their conditions are far better than thing, and they STILL advised it as a LUXURIOUS sis man. I think I'm going to write a book a TRANSLUX.
