Disgusting bus condition

<p>With my partner needing to travel to king Williams town I had to book a bus and the one available was a trunslux bus and knowing that its a fairly good bus I booked it for him without hesitation. The bus was suppose to leave bellville at 06:55 so not wanting to be late we came well before the time all to find out the bus was about 3 hours delayed. We were given the option to take the city to city bus and knowing they work with trunslux we had no problem taking thay bus as we though the company did well in having an alternative. As soon as he entered the bus with his bags packed away the smell was terrible! The seats had black sticky stains and to make it worse there were ****roaches. Is this the kind of condition a paying customer should get from a bus company,? I am disgusted and appalled by the lack of care this company is showing its clients. We are not asking you to take us places we are paying you for a service and the least you can do is give a clean bus!!!! The number plate of this filthy excuse of a bus is YTY 474 GP. </p>
