Disgusting and cruel way of treatment

This is festive season and yet translux bus is treating customers unfairly. Buses have not been operating and people have been sleeping by park station. I Have been waiting for ever in the que with a child that is 3 years old for a bus that did not come. I demand a refund for the bus fare I paid.This is ridiculous , inhuman and a cruel way of treatment. Bus 1513 from JHB to polokwane
