Disgusted by Translux service for the third time.

I booked tranlux that was supposed to leave at 7:20 in the morning, I was at the departure point an hour before that as required, the bus was an.hour and 10 minutes late, no communication or whatsoever, the bus pulled up, driver said nothing to me just where am.going and put my luggage where it's supposed to be,the borrow I got when I got into.the bus, it was dirty, literally looked like a ***sty. I had booked a seat and the driver told me to sit anywhere, I then asked why must I make prior bookings if I'm just placed to sit anywhere, I guess that doesn't concern them.at all. The service was disgusting to say the least and never again will I use this bus. Disgusted and appalled!!!!
