Disgusted by Translux Bus Service

<p>My mom & brother are visiting me from East London. They took a bus on 01.07.2017 @17:30 from East London. The bus is supposed to arrive at Cape Town at 09:10. However they are not even close. The bus is stuck at Tsitsikama since 02:30am. They are still there. Bus drivers keep on telling them that the other bus is coming. It's been how many hours-7 hours still in the EC. The bus is full of ****roaches, it really disgusting. They can't even eat. We will never use this bus or buses managed by Prasa. The pathetic service Prasa provide both on trains and buses must not be tolerated. Sies .. ..</p>
