Disgusted by the condition and service

Yhoooo guys. I have to share. I am so disgusted by the condition of city to city bus I took on the 16th. I took an early morning bus from cape town to PE. Departed 6am in the morning. Firstly bus got delayed n we ended up leaving at 6:15 which I don't mind I understand we were waiting on people. Trip started well problem started when the drivers didn't stop as often so we had to use the toilet inside. Again I'm ok with that but the condition of the toilets. It was so filthy.toilet did not flush. It was filled with urine on the floor and inside the actually toilet seat. As a women I could not even sit on the. The thought of picking up infections was just not on. One lady was travelling with a toddler and wanted to change the little boys diaper. She couldn't even and had to change the boy on the seat. The audesity of one of the drivers to complain and say the passengers are busy spraying perfume in the bus who didn't wash in the morning and the laughed to themselves. But still they did not try to stop so passengers can realive themselves. And old lady even complained that we need to pee, we can not use the toilet because the condition was revolting. The complaints went to def ears. I don't travel that often but when I do I expect good customer service and I put trust in the service that I booked. That trust has been lost. Knowing that I paid for a service and did not get my money's worth. I'm so disappointed.
