Disgusted

I was Very disgusted with the service I got from translux. Mainly from the drivers. I boarded the bus on 3 July 2019 from uitenhage to kroonstad. Bus arrived late, which means we departed late. Driver couldn't care less if the passengers were seated or not when the bus departed. They were also very hasty as if the passengers were late. Upon arriving I kroonstad the following morning, the bus almost drove over me. I was not at fault as I was standing far from the bus. If I didn't move, I surely would have been seriously injured or dead now. The driver didn't even stop after hearing my loud scream. And also telling me to hurry up and get off the bus as I am making them run late after arriving at my destination 1:30 hours late.

Upon returning from kroonstad, I experienced the same attitude with the drivers. Going on as if I was making them late. The bus departed early from kroonstad, yet it still arrived late in uitenhage. Never have I ever experienced such ill-behaviour from any bus company.
