Disgruntled passenger from Limpopo to Jhb

The Giyani to Johannesburg route is frustrating. 1. We were told that we should get on to the bus and that we will purchase tickets on the bus because there was a long queue. I cannot fault the company because people only 10 minutes prior to departure to purchase tickets. The system is slow and there is only one person dojng sales. Service is extremely slow.

On our way to the next stop, the bus was stopping for passengers along the way which further delayed our trip.

We then got to Maphalle and were told to get off the bus with our luggage and purchase tickets in a small office across a very busy road. We were cramped in the small office where we were made to shout out our ID numbers and personal details like our cellphone numbers.

We stopped again in Polokwane where people were sorted further.

From Polokwane we stopped before Nyl Plaza. We stopped again at a Sasol garage in Pretoria for diesel which took a good 30 minutes. We eventually left Pta at 15h15.

The multiple stops are tiring. Management should please look at their stops and schedule accordingly.
