Disappointed computer

City to city has disappointed the commuters people have been waiting since 07h00 till now (11h18) they keep on giving us lame excuse saying we should wait 15mins the buss are coming but nothing...would really appreciate if we could get answers on why the delay and why sale tickets to the public if they have no buss in working condition...
