Dirty bus with smell

Dear Directors of City to City. On 31 July at 13.10 I got on the City to City bus from George to PE, the Translux broke down. Ticket cost was R260, and City to City is cheaper but I got no refund. 2) The heater was full on and we will boiling inside. This is horrible for any disease that can be contagious. 3) The bus reeked with Urine and seats were filthy with the unmistakable smell of feasses on it. I also had a ****roach running over me. Please get some cleaning in on this busses. I am a regular passenger of Translux, but I feel I should move over to something cleaner. Your staff however is kind. Thank you
