Deplorable service.

This is unacceptable. Anybody who knows Nelspruit knows how hot it gets here. We have now been waiting for an hour and a half for the bus that was meant to leave at 11am. They tell you to come half hour before but they dont tell you you'd have to wait in the blazing hot sun . There are no seating areas. No shade provided. The service is deplorable. Never again will I make use of Translux. And nobody informs the passengers of any delays which I think would only be courteous to do. ****ty ****ty service.
