The route from Johannesburg to Giyani is not taken seriously by the City to City bus management. The bus that was scheduled to leave Park station at 8:00 am, only left at 10 am and that was 2 hours late on the 07/01/2018 . when the bus arrived, it was almost full with people inside and created panic with people who were waiting for bus to push each other and run for the bus as if they hadn't book on time. The departure point for the bus is Park station and these is a number of time the same incident has happened. Even the staff deployed at the station when asked about the bus been late or what time will it arrive? They say it is at the warehouse. They know nothing, overall bad service and will never recommend anyone to use it.
