Dangerous Driver

This morning on the N2 heading to Somerset West (Western Cape) a city to city bus almost caused a number of accidents. He would swerve between the lanes, no indicators on at any point almost causing 3 accidents in 10 minutes. Secondly het drive in the right lane way over the speed limit of a 100 with a bus full of innocent people. The license plate number was YYW 095 GP, bus number 4726. I really think he is not fit to drive a bus, I would not even trust him with a bicycle so I don't understand how Translux can trust him with bus full of people.
