Damaged Toilet

Good day<br> <br> Yesterday (18/12/2015) I booked a translux bus from Johannesburg park station to phalaborwa and paid R430.00 single trip for the 19th December 2015. so today when I got to the bus I wanted to use toilet and found that the toilet is not working and we were never communicated to with regards to this issue.<br> <br> It is not fair for us to pay so much money for a luxury bus and find that the most important thing in the bus is not working and never notify the customers. there is a reason why we want to use Translux not City to city becuase of the luxury of the toilet. and the price of the bus was not reduced since well there were some of the things that we pay for in the bus and not use them due to Translux error. <br> <br> Please can they make sure that everything is working in the bus before these busses can take passengers anywhere, because we pay for these things and we want to utilize them.<br> <br> Thank you
