Complain & Poor Service

<p>My bus was scheduled to depart at park station at 19:00 pm to Umtata yet we left the following day at 02:00am , The worse part about this no one from City to City bus came to explain to us what was happening, some of the passengers called their relatives for help other find other alternative transport others went back home remember its winter it was very cold to be around park station at that time , there were old grannies and babies crying infact everyone was agitated ,so disappointed with the service that we recieved , City to City need to do something , we were treated like dogs no one cares about us , they care only about money, what about their customers ?????</p>
