Complain

My daughter was using the bus from phalaborwa to Johannesburg on the 2nd of February and when she got off at park Station jhb she couldn't find her luggage. The bus driver said there was nothing he could do. Then the office said they will look at it. Still waiting. My child was supposed to be at school but all documents and clothes are gone.
