i would like to lay a complaint about the City to City buses operating in the East Rand, the busses are infested by ****roaches', you seat in the bus and the next thing you know the are ****roaches all over, they even get into our bags. the curtains in the buses are very dirty and they have this foul smell. kindly and urgently attend to this matter as this is a health hazard to the passengers.
