Cocroaches in the bus,dirty curtains and dirty chair covers

My Family and I were traveling from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg with the City to City bus,We have never seen such dirt in a bus we could not even sleep because of such dirty ****roaches were everywhere we could not even eat because we're scared the might even go in our food we told one of the bus drivers and he became rude to one of my Aunty,it was very bad because we have paid for this tickets we didn't have free ride,I've tried calling them in different numbers but no answer in all the numbers ********** 304 and ********** 382 no of this numbers gets to be picked they are just ringing,We wanna know how can they be so unhygienic at our expense.
