****ROACHES ON TRANSLUX BUS

My parents travelled on the Translux bus from Queenstown to Cape Town on the 3rd of November 2015 at 7h15pm.<br> Upon being leaving, they notices ****roaches coming out of the vent at the front of the bus. They then noticed the ****roaches crawling over the seats of other travellers and on the seats in front of them. My mother took her handbag to hit it off the seat as my dad has a phobia of anything that crawls. But that is not the point - Its completely unhygienic for one to experience this sort of thing on a bus that calls itself a luxury coach and clearly there is an infestation. then to make matters worse, she goes to use the toilet on the bus and the toilet is full to the brim of human waste. She alerted the driver to the filthy state of the toilet and he went to clean it. Needless to say the journey was an uncomfortable one. Upon arriving in Cape Town my mom went to approach the admin staff who told her that they don't deal with complaints and was given a number in Jhb to call. You get through to a voicemail and when you follow the voice prompts and dial 4 no one answers, it just rings. This is unacceptable and my parents have been totally put off Translux. is this service??????
