****roaches on the bus

I boarded your bus on the 28/12/2015 from Cape Town to Butterworth at 18:30 pm. The driver was reckless first off all, he was driving like a mad man. To top it up every time the bus stopped there ****roaches everywhere , it was so disgusting we could not even eat, I did not eat the whle way because of this.
