****roaches

Good day<br> <br> On the 25th of January I boarded the Translux 16h00 bus from Bloemfontein to Pretoria and I prefer to use that bus because it's convenient for me but I was so disappointed and more disgusted that I had to spend about 7 hours with ****roaches in the bus and believe a lot of them. We couldn't even fasten our seats belts as requested because they were stuck between the chairs and when we pulled them out then a bunch of roaches will follow. I honestly didn't enjoy my trip at all, I stopped using Intercape bus because of that and I don't want to have unpleasant trips. The reason I am using bus services it's because I want to enjoy my ride and relax. You guys know that people do eat in buses so you need to make sure that they are clean at all times and fumigated every month if not every second week. I will still like to use your services depending on whether you are prepared to do something about this or not.
