Coach delaye by a good 2hours and no apology from the staff

I booked a bus to depart from durban to Umtata on the 12th of January 2018. It was announced that the bus would be late 15 minutes prior to boarding a bd there was no given time as to when coach would arrive and no further wxplanation or apology given. Coach arrived at 18:17 and from there it went to fill up at the garage, we spent a good 20minutes there. Bus only left the garage at aroind 18:55. We still did not get an apology
