Client Service ignoring customer on call

I Bought a ticket online and due to system error I had to redo the whole process and it selected the wrong date. I'm phoning the costumer care help line when I do get through the people are just talking to one another and ignoring me. I have voice recording of this. I'm sitting with an emergency and this is the treatment I receive. Who do I contact to have my problem resolved?
