City to... ooops, no bus!

I bought a ticket online for departure from Potchefstroom to Pretoria at 06:35. The bus never arrived. At 08:00 I tried to phone the ONLY contact number available *** and all eight my calls just dropped. At 09:10 I've had no communication from City to City about the holdup/delay and had to pay an additional R430 for an Intercape ticket in order for me to get home. At 12:00, a City to City bus arrived and I was then informed that there was a breakdown of the 06:35 bus. Initially I was impressed at the low fare, but I'd rather pay a bit extra and know that I won't be left stranded and having to fork out additional money and battling for a refund from this company. Intercape has USB charging points, seats recline, lots of leg room, onboard toilet. Lesson learned.
