City To City/Translux No Show, Appaling Service (Loss of Money)

I logged onto Computicket knowing that they are a company with the slogan ' The Ticket You Can Trust'. With that in mind, I was assured that I would be booking a bus ticket, knowing that I would be using the carrier company City To City and, with that I booked my ticket, trusting that I would reach my destination on time, for work purposes. And they stated that the bus would arrive at the pick up point in Caledon at exactly 16:30, and that I should be at least 30 minutes early - which I was - at 16:30 passed and I became worried, hoping the bus would arrive, but no bus arrived. I called the Computicket company and was given various numbers to call, which did not work, and with this I became rather annoyed as the call agents were not helpful at all on the numbers that worked. Some of them even put me on hold without letting me know, and as I tried to reach the carrier company for City To City (Computicket) the website was of no help whatsoever because the contact links displayed were dead links, and some of the agents wanted to give me more numbers, after I had told them that I had gotten hold of all the numbers that they had provided, with every number giving me the time of pick up instead of letting me know whether or not the bus would be arriving late or did not depart. This was after I had been waiting well over an hour for the bus and none of the call agents were able to help me, despite my giving them my reference numbers, and one woman belligerently ended the call while I was talking to her. This was a loss of money and precious time and I could not leave Caledon for work! (Which is now days lost, because I am still stuck here now). I should be refunded for my ticket and for my time, and this made me irate with all these emotions consuming me, I will have to visit my psychiatrist because all of this trouble is not good for my conditions. Please advise.
