City to city busses why are not servicing your busses. My mom is still on the road stuck on the 1st tall gate, going back to Matatiele from Gauteng. 2 more busses were sent but they also not in good condition how long will they have to wait before getting the proper bus, worse the drivers are refusing to give them the head office's contact numbers, all that appears on their page even customer care line is also not working. Can somebody intervene they're stuck far away from the shops they will soon run out food and water.
