City to city translux... Your bus are very dirty!!!!!!

My husband is on this city to city bus.... On the picture I saw on Google and the photos my husband send me is two different types of photos 😡😡... The bus is very dirty and they were 6hours late my husband come from mosselbay and now the bus must go to knysna to drop people but on the ticket said the bus will arrive today at 9:40 the day

But now they must wait longer for the bus 😡😡😡😡😡
