City to City still the worst bus company

A relative of mine spent last night on a bench with four other passengers at King Williams Town Station even though her bus was scheduled for 17H30 yesterday afternoon. She’s an elderly woman who is a pensioner and she was at a very grave risk of being harmed. The least City to City could have done was to put her and the four other passengers on another passenger bus if they didn’t have a bus from their own stable. If that was a mammoth task, they could have arranged shelter at eQonce for the people who chose their pathetic service over other capable bus services. Pathetic bus service is actually an understatement.
