City to City poor service

The bus was planned to leave at 7:30pm.form Jhb to Lusikisiki...we left at 8:10pm...10min away from JHB we stopped at shell M2 and we are told we waiting for a machenic..its now 21:45..we been waiting. This is a *******...we have plans and city to city has not even sent a bus..
