CITY TO CITY ISSUES

I'm very disappointed about city to city on the 31st January i booked for my supervisor was supposed to go Durban for training she waited and waited in Mthatha Ultracity and the bus never come she couldn't be in training because of City to City. Yesterday i booked for my self and now it's 2:30 I'm leaving the bus station its clear that City to City won't come. What surprising me, when u book online it always tells you about time and date but the bus won come. I didn't receive refund yet, someone didn't attend her training, tomorrow i wont be at home because of unorganized people.
