City To City is TRASH

The bus broke down in an old and dirty city to city bus for 12 hours on 5 July 2019 from 21h00. We were left stranded on the side of the road. The drivers were not helpful and were incredibly rude when asked what was going on. The Bloemfontein office and central office did not answer the phone during the 12 hours that we were stranded. Despicable!
