City to City is the worst bus ever

City to City is robbing us as their clients, on the 26 February 2025 I brought a bus ticket for my sister from Mount Frere to Cape Town. But the bus never arrived, clearly they are selling bus tickets for a route they know exactly that they do not operate. I’m here now @ Cape Town for a refund now I’m being told that they won’t be able to do a refund and I should call client services. How is that my fault when the person I had brought the ticket was patiently waiting for a bus from 10:00 -14:00, there was no communication or whatsoever that there will be delays on the bus.
