City to city is the worst

Worst worst worst experience I've ever had using a bus service. We booked and paid in advance, then called the day before to confirm the booking. 10 minutes before we are supposed to leave they tell us that the bus is not even stopping there, because the bus is full. HOW?????? Then she can't even give us a refund because she doesn't have cash. Tried calling the complaints line after an hour of using up my own airtime with no answer, eventually another Lady is rude to me on the complaint line because it's not the complaint line, again not even trying to help. turns out we are 5 people that booked and paid and was left stranded. we all have jobs and families and houses and pets and and and to get to and the best we could get was a "it is not right" from the lady at the nelspruit office and a maybe you can use a taxi. I would never make use of city to city in my life again and I would recommend you to no one, in fact I would rather stand in front of your office showing people to another Bus service. Thanks for nothing
