CITY TO CITY I WANT MY MONEY

I am so angry and wet because of city to city I am now coughing as well because of rain, I was supposed to depart from daveyton station to polokwane at 8am according to the bus ticket , but when I arrived at 7:30 I was told that the bus just left, and the rain is pouring , I tried calling the customer care after explaining my story that lady hang up and she never answered her phone again, I've been calling ,I even called shoprite because that's where I bought my ticket and unfortunately they said they can't reimburse me, now I am stuck in the station and tomorrow I need to be at work
