City to city has put my life t risk

I booked a city to city traveling to Cape Town the bus was support leave 22:05 it is now 01:00 in the am alone outside the bus did hasn’t arrived I am supposed to be at work Wednesday but this bus couldn’t care less if I loose my job or not they not answering their helpline and apparently this has been going on for 3 days today I am really unhappy that they put my life at risk and possibly loosing my job and freezing outside....... they need to be sued for this
