City to City dumps passengers in the middle of nowhere!

<p>A driver picked up my mom from Park Station going to Flagstaff at 19:30 on 20-01-2017. Little did they know the nightmare awaiting ahead. In Kokstad he called out and transferred Lusikisiki passengers into another bus and continued. On the freeway hearding towards Mthatha he asked the 4 remaining passengers to get off on the Ntabankulu branch as the bus is no longer going to Flagstaff but Mthatha. This was dark, in the early hours of the morning and the was a minor child travelling amongst the 4 passengers who cried hysterically pleading for help as she was going to Ntlenzi and could not manouver life alone in the dark with no transport in the middle of nowhere. He pointed them toward other public transport modes where they ran to for safety as he drove on and got a bus that took them to Flagstaff and they paid again. The only digits she got from the number plate are 4787. This is extremely painful experience for my mother as this was only her second time travel experience to Joburg and it ended up in being exposed to danger and cold weather. What happened to passenger safety and why did we pay for a trip to Flagstaff only to be dropped 1-2 hours away in the middle of nowhere. City to City management need to intervene immediately.</p>
