City to City driver humiliated me, racially abused me and discriminated against me

I was travelling from cape town to Johannesburg on the 12 December from Cape town terminus and the Bus number was 4876H leaving at 11am. On route to to Jo-burg the bus had come to a stop in Beauford west at round 6 ish pm and the drivers had stopped at a garage and was a bit unsure whether they wanted to stop there or not. In the confusion a lady on the bus jumped off to use the loo.The drivers with no prior warning just left without the passenger. Everyone in the bus was shocked and kept saying.. Driver you had left someone behind and with this the driver just said that they will not be disrespected and she didn't ask to be excused . I challenged the driver and it ended with him becoming confrontational , charging at me , putting his finger in my face and he was showing signs of force and aggression in retaliation to my disagreement of him leaving behind a female passenger , at night, with no money , no possessions to complete her journey. The driver then continued calling me a ******, referring to me as 'you people' and told me to 'shut up ' or he will throw me off the bus 'to join my girlfriend' as he put it..... I feel this is a violation of my HUMAN RIGHTS and I will be forwarding this matter further for more serious consideration. This driver laid hands on me with the attempt to forcefully remove me and AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I don't fee i need to be handled in this ugly fashion. He did this in front of ALL OTHER PASSANGERS ON THE BUS .During the journey he was talking on his mobile phone when driving, PUTTING EVERYONE 'S LIFE IN DANGER and i think this is very ugly behaviour for a business to treat their customers like trash, i WANT MY MONEY BACK!
