City to city doesn't have any contact details, all the provided contact details on their website they are not working and others they just don't get answered
City to city doesn't have any contact details, all the provided contact details on their website they are not working and others they just don't get answered. I want to reschedule my bus ticket for another date but I receive no help. I even sent an email but still no reply.

11 Oct 2025, 04:02I bought two bus ticket for the 10/10/2025 22H40pm but the bus never came, no communication was done. I paid R720 from Kimberley to Pretoria. City to City buses are very useless, they don't care about their client, they just keep on taking our money with no refunds for their own fault. How in the hell the bus can be late with 6 hours, i'm very disappointed and even beyond the word. I'll never ever in my life use their services. I urge everyone not to use city to city!!! Their buses are even filthy, they smell bad. They deserve to be shut down. I need help to get my money back, i've called them and sent emails but no reply at all!!!
