City to city ****************!!! Waste of time and money!

City to City is the worst bus service ever. Horrible!!! Waste of time and money.

My friend made a booking from Three Sisters to Oudtshoorn. His ticket states that they were supposed to depart at 03:50 this morning. When we arrived at Three Sisters before 03:50 and theee was no bus. We waited for twe hours and had to drive all the way back because I had to be at work.

Now they claim that they were there and that you have to be at the location 30min prior to the given time which they do not disclose when you make the booking. But how do you depart before a booked passenger gets on the bus before the time that is stated on their ticket?
