city to city continuous poor service

<p>I booked a city to city bus ticket from johannesburg to sibasa on 23 september 2016. The bus was suppose to leave at 20:00 but only came at 23:00 . We were told that there will be a delay for 2 to 3 hours but still there was no apology or explanation even when we approached them they never gave us a solid reason why they delayed the bus.....it wasnt the first the first time....and they only leave sibasa quee behind all the time....this is very disturbing and unfair</p>
