The worst decision.

Booked tickets online using EFT payments but after making the payment there was no confirmation whatsoever concerning the payment...tried to call in to inform them since 07:00(their opening time) but it's been ringing endlessly. Finally they answer at 7:30 and wow the "professionalism"
