City to city busses - No contact method after hours and public holidays

This is absolutely pathetic!!! I booked a ticket via computicket with the City to City bus. And day of traveling my passenger waited an hour before departure time and another 2 hours after departure time on a Sunday night!!! 4 other Busses passed including the Translux. There was no city to city busses that passed. We tried calling all the numbers available on Google at 20h00 clock Sunday night and not one was working. We were trying this morning, Monday public holiday and no numbers are being answered. This is the worst service ever! I demand a refund cause how can I trust that this will not be repeated! What if it was an emergency and this happened?
