City to City Buses not safe when is raining

I commuted from Bosman Station to Venda with a Trasnlux bus on the 14 Jan 2024 which then stop by 1 Stop at Kranskop to change passengers to City to City but however it was raining and the water was coming inside the bus which also put passengers at risk because the driver was also expriencing rain drops inside the bus which forces him to stop on the side of the road and
